Zoom Rooms

What is a Zoom Room?  Zoom Rooms are a software-based conference room system that provides an integrated experience for audio/video conferencing, wireless screen sharing and virtual collaboration.  Zoom Rooms can be used for in-person or remote meetings. 

Hosts launch and control the meeting on a laptop, adding the Zoom Room as participant. Meetings can be recorded locally or to the cloud from the host laptop.  Zoom Rooms also allow wireless in-room screen sharing with no active zoom meeting in progress. 

A standard Zoom Room consists of a single or dual display, computer, camera/mic and room controller.  All-in-one digital whiteboards provide an instant Zoom Room for Touch solution.  

To request a Zoom Room: 

1. Fill out one request per conference room

2. Please specify the building and room number
