91-310 User Manual
91-310 is a private Zoom Room enabled meeting space. Click here to request a room reservation. It has an integrated audio/video system and in-room participants can share screens wirelessly using their laptops.
Podium
Crestron tablet - power on/off
iPad - Zoom Room controller
Audio
All microphones are docked at the podium
Two (2) Wireless Handheld microphone
One (1) Lavalier microphone
All mics are in the credenza
Video
One (1) 144” projector screen
Two (2) PTZ cameras
Fixed angles from front/back walls capture the podium and/or in-room participants
If additional assistance is needed, enter an AV support request.
Room Instructions
Power on the Projector
Locate the Crestron control panel on the front wall to the right of the projector screen
Select Large Meeting/Workshop (with projection)
Wait for the projector screen to drop down completely
Select “Video Conference” on the Crestron Tablet.
Start Meeting from the Host Laptop
Start or Join the scheduled meeting on the host/co-host laptop
Do not join the computer audio
Click the up arrow next to mute/unmute
Leave the computer audio to avoid echo
Every laptop in 66 auditorium must leave computer audio.
Join from the Zoom Room
Join the meeting from iPad controller
Click join and enter the meeting ID
The Zoom Room is a participant in the meeting that provides audio and video

Use wireless screen sharing to present from the laptop
For videos with audio, click “share sound”

Microphone Options
In-ceiling mics
The ceiling mics will not amplify in-room sound, but remote participants will hear all conversations.
Podium mic
The podium mic will amplify the in-room sound and project audio into Zoom.
Wireless Handheld mics
There are two (2) wireless handheld mics and one (1) lapel mic. They will amplify the in-room sound and project audio into Zoom.
There are two possible wireless mic combinations:
Two (2) wireless handheld mics
OR
One (1) wireless handheld mic and one (1) lapel mic
Both wireless handheld mics and the lapel mic cannot be used at the same time. You must choose between the combinations above.
The room system does not allow additional mics to be added.
Isolate the Ceiling or Podium Mic
The ceiling microphones in 91-310 will pick up all side conversations.
Isolate podium, wireless handheld or ceiling microphones using the buttons in the center of the wall tablet.
Microphone Location
Two (2) wireless handheld mic and one (1) lapel mic are in the credenza under the iPad controller
To power on the mics, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds
If a microphone is lost or damaged, the last group that used the room will be responsible for the cost of replacing it using their dept PID.

End the Meeting
Zoom Room
Click “End meeting for all” on the host/co-host laptop
Power off Projector
Click the power button upper right corner #1
Click Yes, Shutdown at the bottom #2
Microphones
Plug USB charger cables back into goosenecks microphones
Turn off wireless handheld mics, return to the dock under podium
Auditorium
Return any furniture or banners used on the stage
Turn off the room lights using switches in the hallway at the main entrance
