IT requires all lbl.gov users to update the Zoom desktop application before 6pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Check for updates weekly by clicking your profile photo on the app home page.
Zoom experts host free and interactive live training webinars daily. These trainings are designed for beginner and intermediate users and will allow users to get up to speed on Zoom basics in less than an hour. The live sessions include a Q&A session at the end where you can get your questions answered by Zoom experts. If you can't find a meeting that meets your schedule, watch a previously recorded webinar at your leisure.

'Only authenticated users can join' allows the host to require attendees to Sign In to the zoom desktop application before joining meetings. Configure the option in zoom.lbl.gov 'My Account' settings.
